Audrey had a volunteer appreciation luncheon at the retirement home where she has been volunteering once a week for about a year and a half. All the nurses and the administrator had great things to say about her. The activity director is nominating Audrey for a statewide volunteer awards program for being a volunteer. If she gets the award, there will be another awards ceremony. We'll keep you posted! Way to go Audrey!

Audrey, my mom had mentioned to me that you do this and I am so impressed. I hope you know the impact you have on those peoples lives, and in some cases seeing you when you visit may be all they have to look forward to. It's just awesome- keep it up! :)
